GUA MUSANG: Giving of money by PAS spiritual leader Datuk Nik Abdul Aziz Nik Mat to a group of Orang Asli residents in Lojing on Monday can be described as an attempt to buy votes or to bribe voters.Election Commission (EC) deputy chairman Datuk Wan Ahmad Wan Omar said that under Section 10(a) of the Election Offences Act 1954, giving of money to induce any elector or voter to vote could be defined as bribery or vote buying.
