IT was a flurry of excitement, laughter and joy at the Padang Bola in Taman Titiwangsa Kuala Lumpur as over 1,000 people converged to celebrate the unveiling of the biggest portrait collage of Malaysian smiles through the 1Ummph 1Smile 1Malaysia campaign.
